My wife and I are not candle people. I mean, we like pleasant smells... which is why we are not typically candle people. Most candles smell like cheap perfumed scents were shoved into a tube to be lit on fire. Then we tried our first Homesick candle, and truly can’t get enough of it. I’m the one who usually lights it in the evening after work. Pleasant, not over-powering, it adds to the ambiance of “please why did we have five children and start two businesses”. At least something in our lives is calming (hint: the candle we just bought).

What a journey it has been to get this candle in our home! this candle needed to be shipped 4x before it arrived undamaged - shout out to Ryan from customer service for always being on it and providing top notch service. I recently lit this New Home candle in our newly renovated house and it's perfect. We are picky about candles, I don't like anything too sweet and my husband doesnt' like anything too floral and I don't like anything too musky. This is fresh & perfect. The fresh linen element is great, better than any other fresh laundry scented candle. It has a hint of feminine florals but it's not overpowering. It's one we can both agree on!
