Long story short I purchased seven shoes in 3 weeks out of seven pair of shoes three arrived dirty so basically every other shoe that they delivered to me was not up to standard. The first time I complained about the first shoe which was a display shoe they never offered to reship it they basically told me that I can't exchange it or I have to go into the store and see what they can do so that was just poor customer service the second shoe however they did offer to reship it but guess what that shoe also arrived in poor condition the third shoe that was dirty unfortunately there's no more left so I can't even have it reshipped if I wanted to. I dont care if theres a little bit dirty thats not what i paid for. I like to return my shoes in the same condition that i receive them CLEAN . And im not sure why they sent me a display shoe in the first place when they had many shoes in stock they simply do not check what they send out. Every shoe should be inspected before sending out i mean thats good ol common sense. Why shoulf i have to return a shoe or have them reship a shoe and wait days to receive? All do to their error. To think that I left nike.com to come to Dick's sporting goods because they have good prices but what are good discounts when the quality of the shoe is not where it needs to be I rather pay more knowing I am going to get a quality shoe I've never had this issue with nike.com never not once but I bring my service to Dick's sporting goods and they can't seem to send a shoe that isn't dirty or have scratch marks on it or doesn't look like it's been tried on by 20 or 30 people when one shoe looks completely different from the other shoe when one shoe is discolored compared to the other shoe then that is a problem they are not reliable and I can't depend on them to send me quality goods so no I would not recommend. I don't care if the shoe is $10 or if the shoe is $100 quality needs to be given at all times I reached out to them about this issue you think I've heard from them? Absolutely not. So here iam!! Don't blame me for speaking the truth. I'll be taking my service elsewhere because seven shoes in 3 weeks and half of them are dirty that does not add up. And for the record I took videos of me opening the boxes because anyone can claim that the shoe was in this condition after the fact but no absolutely not. Dick's sporting goods needs to get their act together if you're not going to sell quality goods to your customers then you don't need to be in business. I added the extra pics to show they haven't been worn.

I bought these a week ago. This is the 2nd pair that I've bought now and I'm not happy at all. Both pairs were terrible condition. The mid, front and back outer soles have a yellow glue substance on them. I'm not sure if they even check then prior to sending them out. These are $85 shoes, I expected better. I have a credit card with your company and I'm not sure I ever want to purchase a shoe again.

Shoes look great and kiddo loves them. After 5-7 days of normal school use (no gym class) the seam from lower to upper started to become unglued and a very noticeable tear/hole was forming. Returned the shoes and exchanged for same, only for the same issue to start occurring again after another few days. Very annoying as my kid wants to keep them but I do not see them lasting for more than a couple of months in this deteriorating condition. Will need to take to a shoe smith to glue back together. Quality control was obviously lacking somewhere here.

The shoes are great for the gym but the ankle part it the shoe hurts. Its very stiff so you have to break them in. Other than that they are comfy. Keep in mind to maybe size half a size down. Im a size 7 in womens and i purchased a 5.5 in kids. The 5 fits way better. I had to take the shoe to a store to exchange the sizes. If you have a wide foot these might not be the shoe for you. Id definitely try them on in store first. I have a slightly narrow foot and these fit perfectly.
