Try in stores first if possible

First of all, I do feel the pink are so pretty. I love how these look!

Having said that, the website explicitly states to size down as they, according to this website, run large. I'm normally a W9, I own many pairs, so I opted for an 8.

Unfortunately, they are too narrow. Customer service isn't helpful, and exchanges are not allowed. Shipping back would cost too much money, so I'm left with an incredibly uncomfortable pair of crocs. I'm really hoping they'll stretch out a bit because I truly love the look! I'm just disappointed in the (lack of) customer service and the fit.

I'd suggest trying them on at any legit retailer if at all possible first. I know many say they're heavy, and I agree, but I actually enjoy the weight of them myself.
CROCS needs ANOTHER CLOSED TOE SHOE besides CLOGS
Jackie· Review provided by crocs.com · May 12, 2023
I always have a hard time finding a closed-toe shoe on the Crocs website. As a rule, my 8-1/2-B foot does not work with wide Clogs. These are typical Clogs. I can usually cheat on the opened-toe sandals and get an 8.

I love platforms. I really wanted a closed toe shoe, and I really wanted platforms. I thought they would come in handy for this fall as the weather gets cooler. I thought I would give these a try. Even though only women will wear these, they cut them like regular clogs.

Because Clogs are generally wide for me,I ordered a 7 to get closer to a B width, and I ordered an 8 to get enough length. Because the shoes are heavy, it is difficult to wear if not fitted. Crocs should have made these shoes narrower in my opinion, since only women are going to be ordering them. I wish Crocs would at least go back to their former categories of "Standard" fit, "Relaxed" fit, and "Roomy" fit (These categories only really worked for women), since women wear Bs and men wear Ds, as a general shoe rule.

So the 8s are typical Clog length, and width, but because the shiny part of the shoe seems to be hard and heavy, the shoes flop around, unless the strap is always worn on the back heel. If you are a D width woman, and a whole size, they will probably fit. The 7s can fix the width problem for a woman, but then the heel rests on top of the back ridge. I am trying to like these, because I need a closed in toe shoe, but I don't think I can.

Another observation is that the black is uglier than the bone color. The black is just dull, dull, dull. It does not come across as fashionable at all. The regular Crush sandal, on the other hand fits more like a woman's shoe and is cute and comfortable. My family hates this black Mega Crush on my foot. And the last observation is that the shoe, although on the outside appears to have the heel up, and the toe down (which would give a slight curve to the leg) actually makes the foot almost flat on the inside. My experience is reflected for my size and my desired outcome only. If this is what you like, go for it.
I'm Croc'd but beware of inconsistent sizing
I Rocks Cocs!· Review provided by crocs.com · July 10, 2024
I usually love my Mega Crush! They give me extra height and they match my funky vibe
BUT the sizing is inconsistent! I ordered a bone colored pair from this site and they fit well. I've also ordered other colors from other sites.
BUT this pair fit BIG! It's the same SIZE as all of my other Mega Crushes.. Size 6 in Women's. My feet are small.. kid sized. I thought that socks would make them feel more secure but they don't. I'm going to try some inserts. I got them on sale and it's not free to exchange them. They're Juice colored and now that color isn't on sale! I ordered the Lava color since they were finally on sale. I pray that they fit😞
LOVE THESE!!!!

I am surprised by how much I really love these especially with the right Jibbitz. They are a little clunky/ heavier than other styles but you're getting super stable layers in the sole. You feel secure and you need that in a platform. I have a few styles including the classic, hiker (one of the BEST fits!) and the crush. The difference in fit between this model and the Crush is significant. While the Mega Crush is heavier it has a perfect fit for the footbed and doesn't feel as sloppy. The strap is still to big but that footbed feels like my foot is fitting exactly where it should and won't be flopping around. Much better fit in the same size. I ended up getting more than one colour. The sole is also more rugged than the original Crush. I think the layers in the sole make your foot look less bulky/ large.
I'd never tried adding Jibbitz before now and I believe I've created a mix that speaks to my personality. Put it all together I'm very happy
I usually wear an almost perfect 8.5 in everything. My other crocs are all 9 and usually require an insole or socks to feel like a proper fit. Barefoot or thin hose and they are floppy/ sloppy. Hiker is best fit. Super Crush 9 feels like is was make for my foot. Even the toes feel like they have perfect little spots.
I always question whether I should go through The extreme hassle of trying to exchange sizes then hoping you get the right one etc. I tried these on and they were a perfect fit immediately. I know being an 8.5 and wearing a 9 will never be perfect. The Super Crush is close. Also less floppy around the foot. I'm just so happy!
