The drills are a perfect addition to my garage. Charged batteries fully and have used both numerous times since and battery indicator on both is still full.

The customer service was awesome and she quickly talked me back in to getting the very best you carry. The box had been opened previously and looking at the picture I did not get a big battery. I just got one small one. It was all in the bag so I did not even notice. I did not get a manual either but found a version online. Guess I will let the store know. I love this store and staff!
