I would give it 100/5 stars if I could! For quite some time now I have had a daily feeling of bloat in my stomach and also irregularity, not very frequent and just general feelings of sluggishness. It's because of my medication but I've tried so many dangerous products, it's UNREAL. miralax, ducolect, yogurt every day, fiber supply in all forms, even suppositories (tmi)... nothing has ever made the problem to away. Since the 1st day, even the first 10 minutes I took my first pill (I take 1 daily), that feeling of sluggish bloat completely went away and i have not felt it even one time since then!!! It's amazing, imo. I have not been more regular, though which I was hoping for, but maybe with more time. I've only been taking 3 weeks. But my tummy feels great, I have more energy and I'm just happy to not feel all bogged down all day long. I'm ordering my 2nd bottle as this is a great price for how many pre/prebiotic you get per pill. 60 billion cfus, ya'll. Heck yes!

I decided to take a higher CFU for better gut health. I believe it was a bad choice.
First, there was a bad scent once I opened the bottle.
Second, I started to become more bloated and gassy. Thought this was a normal reaction starting a new probiotic. Well it got worse each day. My stomach looked swollen even after a light meal. The gas built up so much, I thought I was having a heart attack with the stabbing pain of built up gas in my chest.
Third, my anxiety with all these symptoms became high. Thought I needed the emergency room. I became depressed and felt so unhealthy.
If you have no medical reason to need such a powerful probiotic of 60 Billion, don't think that it will be better for you. My GI doctor expresses no more than 10 Billion of the right strains. It also has Jerusalem Artichoke Root as an ingredient which one should be careful in ingesting into your system
More is not better. This probiotic is not for everybody

Seems to work ok. I don't have physical problems .
I add this to my supplement regime because im fussy. After alot investigation, I chose this product.
I'm a Diplomat of Nutritional Medicine. Wish it did help with mood, but i haven't seen that to recommend it specifically to my patients for that.
Perhaps u could make a change to help with that so I could recommend it for those who suffer with mood, anxiety etc.
All this being said, I never give 5 stars because everyone is different and there is nothing perfect for everyone.
However, it is a very good product and I do recommend it.

I started using Physicians Choice probiotics over a year ago. Im a 65yr old female, 150lbs & 5’5”ht, size 8/10 so Im rather shapely for my age. My objective was to stabilize my gut & reduce stomach bloat. After the first month of use I DID see and feel a difference in my waistline! There was a two month time when I used Floraster Probiotic and it upset my stomach some what. So now Im back to Physicians Choice.
My stomach looks flatter, my clothes fit more comfortably and my gut feels good.
Highly recommend this product for overall good outcomes.!!!
