I initially called to ask questions since I have never ordered from them before. The rep answered all my questions and made me comfortable in placing an order. Glad I did. The shirt was exactly what I was looking for (UV 40+ long sleeve I wanted to use as rash guard). The designs came out just like I wanted. I even ordered a second shirt and have recommended them to someone who need shirts made. Turn around time was fine. You can choose how quickly you want to get your product for an additional charge. The shirt quality is good. The shipping took a long time, but even that is ok. It was the fact I was never sent a proof of the shirt to approve, then the shirt I received I feel is very plain when compared to other custom shirts I’ve bought. It is technically all correct with spelling correct, etc. However, had I gotten a proof I would have asked if they could change it up a bit before printing. Anyway, overall it’s ok, but it was a gift I was hoping would work out a little nicer.

Very impressed with the fabric and the way it was printed displayed. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. You even matched the off colour from my logo to match the navy blue SOOOO appreciated; I didn't even have to ask for that modification. Pleased and will totally re-order again for more branding apparel in the athletic wear. :) Thank you so much!

The shirt was packed in a small plastic mailer envelope with a thick advertising booklet. The packer caught the top of the shirt on the envelope flap. Because I used scissors to cut along the tape on the flap the collar of the shirt was cut.
Otherwise, the print and shirt quality are great. The sleeves are a bit long but I don’t think there’s much you can do about that.
