After Reading many reviews and comparing different Keurigs I purchased the Keurig - K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker month ago. I love that once I turn it on, it is very quick to brew my hot cup of coffee. For the strongest brew, I use the 8 oz button. After having the very first Keurig version for many many years, I decided to pass it to my mama, and get a smaller version. I am very happy with the smaller size. I did purchase the white one. I wish the plus would have been white as well to match the coffee maker. The black cord throws off the vibe. Also, I wish the trey the coffee cup sits on was metal verse plastic, which makes it look a little cheap. I would have paid a few dollars more for a better quality looking part. But overall, besides the cosmetic features, it does its job well.

On the plus side, the machine is very fast, has a slim design and the coffee is hotter than the eight to twelve carafe machine we were using for a number of years; of course, no more grinding the beans. Also I often tossed a lot of coffee if I made too much.
On the con side, all the medium roast blends I ordered tasted more of the bold dark side, not bad in itself but not what thought we would get. Peeling off the foil covers, dumping the grounds in the trash then rinsing under a heavy stream in the sink, then finally into the recycle bin for each little cup was a drag. Not the time saving feature I thought Keurig provided.
Although more costly in the long run, it's a keeper.

This Keurig machine is the best! I have actually owned four others beside this one and used multiple ones at work, of friends, and family. I have had zero complaints with any of them. However, this one is by far my favorite as it’s more compact for my space. It heats up quickly, is easy to clean, and there are so many color options if you like different ones for different seasons. I can get a large cup of coffee with this and it tastes like a medium blend coffee which is what I prefer. This is great for small spaces!

We ordered 2, the first one in red for our travel trailer, I was so excited, it was a great price . I ordered coffee pods, and holders for said pods. The coffee maker came in we washed water holder and plugged in, put in a pod, set the cup in place, turned on and nothing, not one indicator that we had plugged it in. We even checked outlet, it worked. Read instructions, no help there.
Okay we have a problem, so we return but I still wanted this Keurig coffee machine. It was still on sale online so I ordered a new one, husband talked me into black this time. 😏 It came so fast that I was surprised. We started the whole process over again, after all it couldn’t happen twice ! Right? Wrong! The first coffee maker, no lights came on at all. this one they all came on. But that is all, when you follow instructions and push the button for how many ounces you want…nothing. After 30minutes of trying, even looking for a reset button we gave up. Husband said don’t try this coffee maker again. He knows me well because I was thinking 3 times the charm. But now here I am with 72 pods of coffee and a holder to put them in, but no coffee maker. I am so disappointed. I really thought this was supposed to be a good company.
