Even the musky scent of clothes accidentally left in the washer overnight just needs to be washed once w/ this Arm & Hammer detergent and the odor is gone! Believe me, when I’m too tired and forget to put laundry in the dryer, clothes don’t come out smelling moldy when using Arm & Hammer. But when using other brand name detergents, if I forget for even a couple of hours, I’ve tried to rewash the same load several times w/ various combinations of Tide detergent, Downey Rinse & Refresh, and different brands of scent beads but the musky odor remains. I’ve saved so much time & money since sticking to this more affordable brand!!! I rarely have time to write reviews but this has been long awaited and deserves recognition from a busy mom. Extremely happy to say that there’s no more extra cost in water, electricity, and so-called odor-removing agents when rewashing laundry since I found this Arm & Hammer magic powder!!! Stop reading now and just purchase it😉

This is the most amazing smelling laundry detergent. I don't know how to describe it. When I was a kid and living in Florida, this is what the air smelled like. All I can say is keep bringing us products that smell like this rather than smelling like some fruit or whatever. This is amazing. I'm using it to clean other things than just laundry! The product cleans well. This has an oxi booster thing in it, so I wouldn't use it for brightly colored things, and it didn't get out a coffee stain in a tea towel, which bleach would have done. But I wouldn't expect that out of any detergent. The clothes are clean, folded, and put away. And the price of this is a fraction of my normal choice of Gain or Tide, which is my second reason for buying it. I'd buy this scent if it were in an air freshener, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, dog shampoo, anything you made with this. Amazing. Good job.

I love this detergent! It gets out grease, oil, body oils, detritus, and even pet odors. My husband is a general manager for a TexMex restaurant chain; so the amount of oil and grease that he has on clothing is insane. However, this detergent makes his clothes soft, comfortable, and really clean. It doesn’t fade out dark clothes or alter colors in anyway. We also have two cats and this gets smells out of clothing, bedding, and rugs. Can confirm it stands up to cat pee, our youngest was spayed and got a UTI after which sometimes happens. Poor thing had some accidents but this got any trace of the smell and enzymes out. Definitely add this to your laundry rotation and you won’t be sorry!

I have used this detergent on my husbands laundry and mine as well. The scent is too strong for me to want to use this on my baby and toddlers laundry. At first I didn’t like the scent of the soap but it has grown on me a little. I might just not be a fresh scent person. My husband’s shirts didn’t come out very clean as I could still smell deodorant in the armpit area. The scent left my clothes feeling and smelling fairly clean but it didn’t work as well as my other detergent that is more eco friendly. I did use this to clean some of my old shoes and it left them smelling clean. Overall it was an OK detergent but not something I would purchase.
