October 13, 2024I received this as a Christmas gift from my mother in law last year. Beginning of September this year, it randomly stopped working. I did my research and it sounded like the fix was to stick a paper clip into the heating element to reset it, which I did and that fixed it for a few days. The coffee maker is now completely junk. I have researched different fixes and cannot seem to find another solution. I also would like to add, I only used this maybe 3 times a week and I followed the recommended cleaning/descaling process set by the manufacturer. Because this was a gift, and I tossed the gift receipt (because I didn't except it to die in less than a year), I have no way to warranty it out. Which may be my fault for thinking that, but still. I am extremely disappointed in this product given the price and how long it lasted me while following manufacturer recommendations to a T. My father's BUNN drip coffee maker is going on 34 years strong, the only thing he's had to replace is the pot due to him dropping it and shattering it. This is absolutely the first and last time I will ever have a keruig product in my house. Do not buy this unless you are keeping receipts and comfortable with warrantying.

December 30, 2024Absolutely love the color of this simple keurig, hot or cold. It's just my husband and I who drink coffee occasionally so it's perfect! Set up was such a breeze just follow the instructions. Just used this morning 12/29 with the pods pictured, I chose vanilla Carmel on ice and ugh perfection! I like my coffee on sweet side so I did add sugar and cream, but I did taste it black nothing added and it tasted sooo good and smelt my kitchen up like a coffee shop. Only sad part is that the coupons were expired already. Hopefully reaching out to keurig they'll replace the coupons with updated ones.

March 22, 2023I have had numerous Keurig coffee makers but never this model. Bought the Slim for my son- in-law 4 months ago and are having problems brewing a regular cup of coffee. I wish it had an on/off button since the “add water” button stays on even though there’s water in the reservoir. The coffee maker cannot brew 2 cups of
coffee at one time. Once the add water button comes on you cannot reset the machine. I am very disappointed in this model. Keurig customer service determined that the water reservoir needed to be replaced so now I have to wait a week before the machine is operable. I’ve never had this issue with the other models and this is only been in use fir 4 months.

March 4, 2024Bought it for the color to match my beverage bar and kitchen, and for the iced coffee piece! Then, the iced coffee part was disappointing. Still pretty hot and melted the ice quickly. But that's okay. However, it stopped working after about a year and 3 months, well outside the window for return through Keurig I'm guessing. Should have lasted much longer than that. We had our last Keurig for years and only changed over to a new one when we moved.
