Nicki Minaj is officially over her look and has reportedly fired her stylist, hairdresser, AND makeup artist, as India wrote about for Girls in the Beauty Department. "Nicki is desperate to be taken seriously as an artist," a source told The Sun, a U.K. tabloid.
This was a good move on Nicki's part (especially since she's starting a fashion line!). Hopefully, this means no more neon green fishnets, rhinestone bodysuits, and sports bras (worn at night, not while working out). Since Nicki's ready for an extreme makeover, I wanted to share a few tips for the singer, straight from the runways of New York Fashion Week.
Nicki should invest in solid leather jacket, like this one from Altuzarra.
She should show some love for leopard print (which is going to be really big for fall). DKNY does it right.
