His recommended high-protein, low-carb diet, coupled with dance and weight training, got results! Osbourne shed 50 lbs. – and showed off her new toned size 2 figure in a bikini on the December cover of Shape. "I can't believe I just did that and my body looks this good," she said.

At his heaviest, Goodman tipped the scale at 368 lbs., but when he graced the red carpet at the AFI Awards in June 2009, the Treme star was 100 lbs. lighter! Calling years spent on the couch "a waste," the 58-year-old actor is now committed to daily exercise, a sugar-free diet and an alcohol-free lifestyle. "I just ordered some nice slacks," he told PEOPLE. "I finally got them and they're too big now."

"He loves me just the same, but I love me more."

Hudson initially lost weight for her role in Winnie, but the singer-actress' impressive slim-down changed her approach to dieting. Opting to keep a food diary over self-deprivation, the Weight Watchers spokeswoman went from a size 16 to a size 4 and commits to a workout of circuit training, weights and plyometrics. "I'm in the best shape of my life!" Hudson told PEOPLE.

"I always thought I was going to die before I was 60," he admitted to Parade. "My father died of a heart attack in his 40s...The writing was on the wall." In an effort to save his life, the Price Is Right host traded in his "daily hamburger" in favor of moderation and an active lifestyle, resulting in an 80-lb. weight loss. "I feel like I have my whole life back," he said. "I could live to be 100 now."
